Ann Towers is specialised in working with leaders and managers who want to further enhance their leadership skills.

She is a practicing coach since 2013 and is based in Bedford, UK. She works with leaders and managers who want to further enhance their leadership skills (be it accountability, assertiveness, authenticity, collaboration, courage, critical thinking, delegating, empathy, flexibility, mindfulness, learning ability and/or resilience) through coaching and workshops. Ann is also a trained “Immunity To Change™ process facilitator. She designs and facilitates leadership development workshops, delivered to the public or in-house to companies.

Ann’s coaching ability is served by her diverse background and professional experience...

which have informed and cultivated her adaptability when faced with challenging circumstances. As a coach and facilitator, Ann is methodical yet intuitive; she has many tools at her disposal, not just relying on one coaching model. Ann’s communication style is direct – open, honest, yet with care. She has no hesitation to “rock-the-boat” at some points, for the sake of a client’s growth and breakthrough. One of Ann’s core strengths is her ability to quickly grasp a client’s requirements, understanding their goals and translating these into an effective coaching programme. A trained Ontological coach, Ann has a particular sensitivity towards her clients’ ways of being and how they move forward in the world in the areas of language, emotions/mood and body.

Originally from Taiwan, Ann has lived in the US and the Netherlands before settling in England. Ann has been an advertising and marketing professional for over 25 years. Until recently, she worked with her entrepreneur husband at Towers Health & Racquets Club in Bedford as their Marketing Manager and Internal Coach. Prior to that, she worked for a global market research company, based in the UK and travelled all over the world to interview and work with leaders and executives in the technology sector, such as ARM, Intel, Haier, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Siemens, TSMC and Toshiba. Before moving to the Netherlands in 1997, where she worked for a Taiwanese computer hardware company, Ann had 10 years’ experience in the advertising and event marketing industry in Taiwan, serving a wide range of multinational clients including CITIBANK, IBM, Phillip Morris, Johnson & Johnson, Hennessy and various fashion labels.

Ann now lives with her husband, Matthew, and her two boys just outside Bedford, England. She loves learning, seeing it as a life-long practice and joy. When she is not working, she practices yoga and meditation on a regular basis. She enjoys skiing in the Alps, and plays tennis, as well as being a regular Spin and Zumba class attendee.
